Signing up for the Lifestream Learning Systems BASIC, Advanced, Teen Basic or Children/Parent seminar?  Fill out the form below, and we will contact you to confirm your registration.

• The BASIC Seminar tuition is $395.00. This includes a non-refundable, transferable $100.00 registration fee.
• The ADVANCED (IPI) Seminar tuition is $1195.00. This includes a non-refundable, transferable $200.00 registration fee.
  
• The TEEN BASIC seminar prices will be announced. Call office for details.
  
• The Children/Parent seminar prices will be announced. Call office for details.
  

The intent of these seminars is to be a beneficial growth experience. Please let us know if you have any medical or phychological conditions of which the trainer should be aware.
